John Tedesco
Co-founder, President & CEO
Mr. Tedesco has served as President and a Director of Contigo since its founding in 2002 (then known as Guardian Mobile Monitoring Systems). As CEO, he has oversight of all corporate functions, with a focus on sales, business operations and strategy.
Prior to Contigo, Mr. Tedesco was the founder and Chief Executive Officer of PayMyBills.com – a consumer eFinance company
he started in early 1999. Under Mr. Tedesco’s leadership, the company quickly grew into the leading bill management provider, serving nearly 40,000 customers, forging strategic distribution relationships with FleetBoston, E*Trade and Capital One, and
earning numerous industry accolades for most valuable consumer web site. Mr. Tedesco managed a 250-person workforce
and led the company through three investment rounds, raising over $35 million in capital. In September 2000, the company
completed a merger valued at over $200 million with industry rival, Paytrust with the combined entity ultimately acquired
by Intuit (NYSE: INTU).
Mr. Tedesco received his B.S., Magna Cum Laude, in Finance and Accounting from Fairfield University and his M.B.A. from
The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Rob Goehring
Co-founder, Vice President of Product Management & Marketing
Mr. Goehring has served as Contigo’s Vice President of Product Management and Marketing since the company’s founding in 2002 (then known as Guardian Mobile Monitoring Systems). His primary focus is on creating the product vision, managing the product development process, and creating and implementing marketing strategies for the company.
Prior to co-founding Contigo, Mr. Goehring was the Vice President of Product Management at webBASIS Inc. in California, a venture-backed, web-based communications application service provider with an estimated 15 million subscribers. While at webBASIS, Mr. Goehring was responsible for all aspects of the product, from conception to launch, and created the product strategy for the company’s flagship unified communications product. Mr. Goehring was also responsible for overseeing the development effort for over 50 software engineers across 3 cities.
Mr. Goehring holds a Bachelors Degree of Business Administration in Marketing and an M.B.A. from Simon Fraser University in Management Information Systems and Marketing. He is the co-inventor of patent applications submitted recently for Contigo’s mobile monitoring system architecture.

Vince Lasmarias
Director of Technology
Mr. Lasmarias is the company’s Director of Technology with responsibility for leading the research and technology development efforts for the company, including location and wireless technology components.
Prior to joining Contigo, Mr. Lasmarias was the Integration Team lead of Inkra Networks as well as the lead developer for the Security Management component of the Inkra Center Point management suite. As the Integration Team Lead, Mr. Lasmarias was responsible for building the team from the ground up and automating much of the software release process. As the Security lead developer, Mr. Lasmarias was responsible for creating a Role-Based Access Control security solution which won kudos from Inkra customers.
Before joining Inkra Networks, Mr. Lasmarias was a Software Engineer for CrossKey Systems Corporation (later became Altus Solutions). While at CrossKeys, Mr. Lasmarias was responsible for many Access Modules, software components which translated real-time data from telephone switches into Q.822 and Q.823 standards-based formats. Mr. Lasmarias was also responsible for the IO SubSystem component of the Altus Traffic Manager application.
Mr. Lasmarias holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computing Science from Simon Fraser University and is a Sun Certified Java Programmer.

Devin Redlich
Director of Operations
Mr. Redlich is Contigo’s Director of Operations. His primary responsibility is leading the Customer Experience team for the organization, whose mandate is to ensure that the highest level of service is delivered to Contigo resellers by providing technical support, training, order fulfillment, and IT management.
Mr. Redlich brings to Contigo over 8 years of experience working in IT Infrastructure, Internet Service Delivery, and Customer Support divisions for financial and high-tech industries. Before Contigo, Mr. Redlich worked as a business technology consultant for a securities firm, designing and developing IT infrastructure solutions to enable electronic data exchange, automated service delivery, and efficient end-user support.
Prior to that, Mr. Redlich was the Team Lead in the Network Services group of a consulting firm specializing in the design and deployment of network infrastructure and ERP applications. In this role, Mr. Redlich was responsible for ensuring that the sales, support, and training needs of clients were fully satisfied.
Mr. Redlich received his B.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Victoria and his M.B.A. from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia.

Matt Naish
Director of Sales
As Director of Sales, Mr. Naish focuses on new partner acquisition for the company.
Prior to Contigo, Mr. Naish served in technical and project management roles at Cisco Systems, Inc. in California. At Cisco, he was known as a “technology evangelist” advocating effective and judicious use of new technology on several large scale projects, including a $200 million request for proposal for a nationwide wireless carrier.
Before joining Cisco Systems, Mr. Naish was a lead developer for Environmental Criminology Research, Inc., a Vancouver based software company specializing in serial crime analysis systems.
Mr. Naish earned both his B.A.Sc in Electrical Engineering and Sauder School of Business M.B.A from the University of British Columbia.
