Greg Peet, Co-Founder & Chairman of the Board

Greg has been involved with Contigo since idea conception in 1993 when he provided the financial backing needed to file a patent on the early system design. Today, Greg serves as Chairman of the Board, guiding Contigo with his invaluable experience and leadership. Greg is best known as the former CEO of ALI Technologies (TSE: ALT), a leading medical image management solutions provider that was acquired by McKesson Corporation (NYSE: MCK) for $330 million USD, the largest all-cash technology acquisition in British Columbia history. For these accomplishments, Greg was recognized as the 2002 Pacific Canada Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst and Young. He currently serves on the Premier’s Technology Council of British Columbia and on the boards of a number of public and private companies.

John Mack III, Director

John is Managing Director and Head of M&A for the Investment Banking Group at Imperial Capital. John formerly served as the CEO of Protection One, the nation's second largest provider of life safety and property monitoring services. After co-founding Protection One, John was involved in over 200 acquisitions and oversaw the company's growth from approximately 40,000 subscribers and $10 million in revenue to more than 1.6 million subscribers, over $600 million in revenue and an enterprise value of over $2 billion on the NYSE.

David Raffa, Director

David is a founder, COO and Investment Manager of BC Advantage Funds (VCC) Ltd. David currently serves as a director, officer or advisory board member for a number of private and public technology companies, including companies listed on the TSX and the TSX Venture Exchange. He is a member of the Board of the BCTIA and Chairman of its Capital and Investment Committee and an advisor to the B.C. Securities Commission and TSX Venture Exchange in respect of issues material to the technology industry.

John Tedesco, Director

John has been building and running companies that use technology to revolutionize the delivery of consumer and commercial services for more than a decade. He has an established track record in assembling founding teams, attaining financing and delivering award winning products and services to market. Prior to co-founding Contigo, John was co-founder and CEO of PayMyBills.com, a consumer eFinance company that quickly grew into the industry’s leading bill management provider with 40,000 customers and was the recipient of “most valuable consumer web site” awards from CIO Magazine, Time and Forbes. John led a 200-person workforce, raised over $35 million in venture capital, and successfully sold the company in a $200 million merger. John spent the earlier part of his career at GE Capital, where he launched an internet-based real estate listing service as part of GE’s commercial real estate division. John received his B.S., Magna Cum Laude, in Finance and Accounting from Fairfield University and his M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in Entrepreneurship and Information Strategy & Economics.
